I havnt watched your videos for a while becoz all of this info in this video hit me Like a stack of bricks . I decided I wasn't ganna focus on getting girls or getting better with them. I was just ganna work on me. Alot of letting go and alot of negative emotions. Some time taking off from dealing with everything just coz I need breaks. I'm not where I wanna be but I'm closer to it than i used to be... alot closer. Girls come Into my life amd some of them go. But I feel more like myself than I ever thought I could. I feel genuinely happy that I get to be me.

Well the truth is No . Relationships were always codependent and sucked with others. There was no real playing. Either following or leading, but no authenticity. Always doing what I didn't want to do because otherwise I didn't know what to do. I was often pressured to find friends so I wouldn't be alone. I was always supposed to do something else than I did not wanted anyway. So that the others could look good. I was building my Lego city and my mother said go outside and play, the weather is so nice. So she can look good as a mother, to have a well integrated son. It's all just a fake facade. The more I release the more I realize that I was never interested in human personalities because I wasn't even allowed to be who I am. So why sould i care about others. Even superheroes like Spiderman who I liked was just a lonely hero or batman, superman, he-man. I lived in my own isolated world. The more I release, the more I come back to it. Because it was all fake also with alcohol to fit in and to betray myself for others.

My system is I have a bar for attraction/interest. If a woman exceeds that bar, I won't be friends with her. If it's a woman that is cool, we have a lot in common, but I don't mind if she ends up with someone else, I'll be her friend and let her be my wing girl when I go out.

I felt a lot of emotions during this, essentially the full range, especially in my heart and groin. One thing I'm seriously struggling with is my decision to get the covid vaccine. I got the vaccine, and now I feel immense regret as if I've done something unforgivable to my body. I trusted my Dr yet I feel like I've betrayed the natural order of things. I don't know. I'm hoping I can feel free through releasing and letting go.

Wow great as always. I know this is not the best video to say this but. Since I began learning from you I have made one mistake though I wasn't aware that much but yes I was. And that is avoiding tension. Am become good at feeling emotions but bad at relaxing under tension. Like you said feeling or vulnerability without tension is needness. And that as been affecting me a lot. And now there is this new energy that am having am feeling like I have two layers in my heart. When I feel that pressure and then manage to welcome that and then feel it just hitting me differently. Don't even know how to explain these.

I would rate myself super high in all four categories (95 to 100). I love myself and I love women. I love flirting and women love my masculine energy. Women notice me on the street, sending me smiles and indicators of interest. Still not getting sex or finding a partner 🤷‍♂️ No dating life whatsoever. 😕

Guys, please help me out. So, my problem is.. I don't like it when my girlfriend wears very revealing clothes, I fucking hate it from the core of my being. I have been telling her that, but she still does wear it. It's a fucking deal breaker for me. I think I have to break up such a beautiful relationship. Is it my own short comings.
